1. What's the difference between trial versions and registered versions?
Trial versions of Aura4You software are provided with limitations on features, functions or output options. For example, with the trial version of Aura DVD Ripper, the maximum length of output videos is 3 minutes, while Aura DVD Copy offers up to 3 times of full-function accesses.
Once you register the program with Aura4You license, you can access to the program and all other Aura4You software without any limit. Buy a license now.
2. What's the difference between the Unlimited and One-Year license types?
- With the Unlimited License, you can get lifetime access to all Aura4You software without any limitation. The license never expires.
- With the One Year License, you can get access to all Aura4You software in one-year term. The license will expire after one year.
3. How many programs am I entitled to use with one Aura4You license?
Our license policy is "one-for-all". That means you are entitled to access all Aura4You software without just one license.
Once you register with one license, you can use the full version of any of our software, including all updated and new products.
4. How to register Aura4You software? Do I have to register each of them?
You can go to the Help menu in any of the Aura4You application, and click the Enter License Code option. You can also register from the Aura4You Software Manager.
On the same computer, you only have to register once to use all Aura4You software.
However, you may have to register again if you have your computer system restored. In this case, just provide the old license to register. You don't have to buy a new one.
5. Do I have to pay for software upgrades and new releases?
No. All software upgrades and new products are granted to registered users for free.
6. What should I do if my license key was lost?
You never have to worry about losing the license key for Aura4You software. We safely keep a record of your license in our database. Whenever you need to retrieve your license key, just send us an email to request it, or use the online license auto-retrieval service to restore your license more quickly.
7. How can I update my order record with a new email address?
If your email address has changed since the ordering, you can inform us your new email address and we will update your order status.
Please provide us with your user name, previous email address and other information that is necessary and helpful for us to identify your status and confirm your ownership of the license.
8. How do I know if there's a new version and how to upgrade?
The software itself will reminds you of the updates automatically. If this does not happen, please go to "Edit-->Options-->Advanced", check the option "check for new version of program when startup".
Please go to our download center to download the new version for free.
Select the upgraded program and click "Free trial" to download it and then install in your pc.

2. Can I buy the license without using credit card?
Yes. If you don’t have credit card, or do not want to purchase online with credit card, you can use the Bank/Wire Transfer method. You can choose this option when proceed to checkout.

4. How to get the software and license after ordering?
The license key will be sent to the email address as specified in the order form. Please provide a valid email so that you can receive the license.
Aura4You software is downloadable from our official website www.aura4you.com and some of our partner sites.
5. How long does it take to the deliver the license to my inbox?
In common and most situations, the license key will be sent to your email address a moment after the order was successfully taken. Please check your inbox to receive the email.
6. I receive nothing hours after ordering. What happens?
The order confirmation email with license key is auto-generated by our system. Such kind of auto-generated emails are likely to be marked as spam and filtered to spam folder by Gmail, Yahoo Mail and others.
So please check the spam folder, just in case the license key email is filtered as spam.
If you can’t find the license key email at all, and you're sure that the order has been successfully completed, please contact us to request the license, or you can use our online license auto-retrieval service to restore your license more quickly.
7. I accidentally bought the license twice at the same time. How can I get back one of the payments?
Just email us at support@aura4you.com with details of your orders, and we will refund one of the duplicate payments as soon as we verify the case.
8. Does Aura4You provide Backup CD?
We don't have Backup CD yet, please download from our download center directly if your computer crashes.
